What can l store?

Almost anything you desire, but with the strict regulations of no food products or flammable liquids. Lawn mowers are acceptable, but, with the fuel emptied out.


How much does it cost?

The price is determined on the size of space that you require.


What do I need to bring?
---
A padlock if you have one or you can purchase one from us.
We also require an initial one month payment for storage.


What are the hidden costs of storage?
---
No further charges apply.


Do I need to book in advance?
---
It is always advisable to provide us with some notice to ensure we have a unit available for you.


When can I move in?
---
Any time between our hours of operation.


Can you move me?
---
We do not provide a removalist service, however, we can suggest removal companies which have been recommended by our customers.

 

When can I access my storage unit?
---
You can access your storage unit as often as you like within our hours of operation.


How secure and safe are my belongings?
---
During the hours of operation, there is a manager on site at all times for added security and enquiries. When we are closed, our facilities are fully alarmed with a 24 hour monitored back to base alarm system.


Do you provide insurance?
---
We are approved agents for Midland Insurance Brokers who specialise in self storage insurance. Insurance can be taken from various amounts of sum insured and various time periods.


When is my next payment due?
---
Payments are paid monthly which can be made either cash, cheques, Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos or Online banking. Monthly direct debit can be also paid via credit card for ease of payment.
Quarterly, six monthly or annual accounts can also be arranged, if required, for ease of billing.


What happens if I am, late paying my storage fees?

If we have not received payment after one month, you will receive an overdue statement and a reminder call.

If we have not received payment after three months, and we have been unable to contact you to discuss alternative payment arrangements, then the matter will be referred to our debt collection department.
